Application

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by WebInventio. They constitute the entire agreement between you and WebInventio and supersede all previous agreements.

Services

WebInventio offers web development, maintenance, and hosting services. Specific details about the services will be agreed separately in a service agreement or a quote.

Payment

Payment terms, including prices and payment schedules, will be specified in individual agreements or invoices. All prices are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

The client retains all rights to content provided to WebInventio. WebInventio retains the rights to all code and design, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

WebInventio is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services within the last 12 months.

Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.

Changes to Terms

WebInventio reserves the right to change these terms. Customers will be informed of significant changes via email or through our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by US law, and any disputes shall be settled by US courts.
